Beachbody always seems to know that I want variety in my workouts!

We just finished up “Tour De Pants - BODi Block” that ran through most of September. It was a good introduction to Cardio on a stationary bike. I was looking whether there are any good Strength BODi workouts and I found that Beachbody is celebrating Joel Freeman ‘s Birthday (Creator of LIIFT and LIIFT more) by giving him an entire LIIFT Week!

Details Regarding LIIFT Week, September 26th - September 30th

There are 5 Workouts Created for LIIFT Week, and they are:

BODi LIIFT Week - Day 1 Legs

Your legs will be on fire after this lower body strength and sweat session that uses supersets and bike-based Tabata to boost your calorie burn and hammer every muscle below your waist.

BODi LIIFT Week - Day 2 Chest & Back

Build pushing and pulling power in the same workout with exercises that target your chest and back. This class is your ticket to a V-shaped torso, so lift heavy, focus on form, and keep up with Joel to maximize your game.

BODi LIIFT Week - Day 3 Shoulders

This hybrid workout starts on the floor with targeted resistance training and then moves to the bike for a metabolism-revving ride. The result: A total body burn that sculpts your shoulders and leaves you dripping in sweat.

BODi LIIFT Week - Day 4 Legs

Shift your attention back to your lower half with exercises that strengthen and sculpt your legs while incinerating fat all over. If you’re a fan of leg day, you don’t want to miss this workout.

BODi LIIFT Week - Day 5 Arms

Join Joel for classic strength training and bike based HIIT to build sleeve-busting muscle and sweat your way to a slimmer physique. If you’re looking for an all-in-one workout, this is it.

Equipment Required

  • Light, Medium and Heavy Dumbbells - Make sure you have Different weights if you need to move up or down mid-week.

  • Adjustable Bench - Make the moves more effective, up the intensity, reduce momentum, and ensure you can push with weights.

  • Stationary Bike - Some of the Workouts are Hybrid between Strength and Cardio, The bike is required for the Cardio Portion.
