A powerhouse of positivity and a master motivator, she created Xtend Barre to combine her two passions — movement and teaching. What began as a single fitness studio in Florida has since expanded to digital fitness programs and over 40 studios worldwide, all packed with students seeking effective, mood-boosting sculpting workouts that leave them feeling lean, strong, and confident!

In addition to her international barre brand, Andrea also created Xtend Barre programs now available on Beachbody on Demand, including Xtend Barre, XB Pilates, and Xtend Barre Express. Andrea also specializes in private personal training for select celebrity clientele.

That’s why she created XB Sweat + Sculpt, a 3-week program with 30-minute workouts that are the perfect combination of cardio-dance and targeted sculpting sequences. Andrea’s upbeat, mood-boosting playlists will get you moving from minute one, so you're both having a good time and seeing the results that you want.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

With XB Sweat + Sculpt, you’ll be working out 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week for 3 weeks. No complicated moves in this program. More importantly, dance only one part of the program. Both Sweat and Sculpt workouts include powerful sculpting moves to tone your body.

SWEAT
MON, WED, FRI
Crank up the music and prepare to sweat! These workouts are the perfect combination of cardio and strength. They alternate high-intensity, low-impact dance-cardio intervals with targeted sculpting intervals to help you slay calories and carve lean muscles.

SCULPT
TUES & THUR
Dial down the speed and turn up the effort. Using ankle weights and Resistance Loops, focus on slower movements that keep your muscles under constant tension to maximize the sculpting benefits. You’ll finish with a core circuit to help tighten and define your abs.

BONUS WORKOUTS
EXPRESS
Stack these 10- to 15-minute routines onto any Sweat or Sculpt workout for that extra punch. These short, but spicy workouts are also a great option for days when you’re tight on time.

What equipment do I need to do XB Sweat + Sculpt?
2-lb Ankle Weights and Resistance Loops are encouraged for deeper muscle activation and targeted sculpting.
