Beachbody’s BODi Block - October 2022

Every Month, Beachbody hosts a BODi Block where anyone can join and get motivation and support for their Health and Fitness Goals. October BODGroup runs from 10/03-10/24. This Month, as an added bonus, there is an additional group that will be focused on XB Sweat + Sculpt!

What is a BODi Block?

BODi Blocks are challenges that run for Three Week intervals. Utilizing BODi's live and on-demand workouts to give everyone a basic framework for a Workout routine. There are three routines that have been Pre-made to follow along with or you can customize your own!

There is also a chance to win cash and Prizes! Enter your transformation results into the Beachbody Challenge Contest to earn a chance to win up to $100,000 in cash prizes, and all contestants receive a free shirt (while supplies last).

How do I join?

How do I complete a BODi Block?

First of All, You Need a BODi Membership. If you do not have one, Get all the Information and Sign up, HERE!

Next, You have to commit to Workouts. 5 Times a week for three weeks.

There are Three Pre-made Blocks to Choose from: Burn, Build and Ride.

Once you have Selected a Block to Follow, Choose if you want to attend Live or not. Unsure about Live Classes?

After that, just complete the recommended workout daily!
